Terms & Conditions

All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion (e.g., incorrect pricing, limited stock, or suspicious activity). Order details, including artwork, must be confirmed in writing before production begins.

All prices are listed in USD and may be subject to change without notice. Full payment is required prior to production unless credit terms have been established. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or bank fees.

Standard production time is 7–14 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the goods are handed over to the carrier.

Customers must provide high-quality artwork in an acceptable format. We will provide digital proofs for approval before production. Once proofs are approved, we are not responsible for errors in spelling, colors, or design.

As most products are custom-made, returns and refunds are only accepted in cases of defective or incorrect items. Any claims must be made within 7 business days of delivery, with supporting evidence (e.g., photos). Approved claims will be resolved by replacement, reprinting, or refund at our discretion.

By submitting artwork or logos, the customer confirms they have the rights to use such materials. AD Print Promos will not be held liable for any copyright or trademark infringement claims.

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
