Shipping Destinations
We primarily ship within the continental United States (48 contiguous states). We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico with adjusted rates and timelines. For international orders, please contact us for a custom quote.
Processing Time: Standard vs. Custom Items
Standard/In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
Custom Printed/Made-to-Order Items: Require a production and processing time of 5-10 business days after final artwork approval. Complex or large-volume orders may require more time, which our team will confirm.
Shipping Options & Time-in-Transit
Once your order leaves our warehouse, estimated transit times are:
Economy Ground: 5-8 business days.
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
Expedited Shipping (2-Day): 2 business days.
Rush Shipping (Overnight): 1 business day (order by 11 AM ET, subject to product availability).
Transit times are estimates provided by carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS) and begin after the order has shipped, not when it is placed. Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.

Shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on your order's size, weight, destination, and chosen shipping speed.

Enjoy FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the continental US totaling $99 or more (subtotal before tax).
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an automated email with your tracking number(s) and a link to monitor delivery.
Receiving Your Shipment
Please inspect packages upon delivery. For any visible damage to the packaging, you may note this with the carrier at the time of delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delays or loss due to incorrect addresses. Address corrections after shipment may incur fees.
If no one is available, the carrier will typically leave a notice with instructions for pickup or rescheduling.
Issues with Your Delivery?
Report any problems within 7 days of delivery.
Missing/Damaged Items: Contact us immediately at info@dprintpromos.com or call 207-987-2357 with your Order # and photos of the product/packaging.
Lost in Transit: We will initiate a trace with the carrier after 5 days past the estimated delivery date.
