Creating custom promotional products is easy with AD Print Promos. From selecting a product to final delivery, our team will help you through every step.

1. Choose Your Product

Browse our selection and choose the product that fits your campaign, event or organization. Need help deciding? Tell us your budget, quantity and event date, and we’ll recommend suitable options.

2. Request a Quote by Email

Email us at info@adprintpromos.com and include:

· Product name and item number

· Desired quantity

· Product color

· Imprint color(s)

· In hands date

· Delivery ZIP code

· Any special packaging or customization requirements

Please attach your logo or artwork if available. Vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are preferred. High-resolution PNG or JPEG files may also be accepted.

Suggested email subject:
Quote Request – [Item Number] – [Quantity]

We’ll review your requirements and reply with pricing, production time and delivery details.

3. Review Your Virtual Proof

After the quote is approved, we’ll prepare a standard virtual proof free of charge, showing the proposed placement of your logo or artwork.

Please review the design, spelling, colors and imprint location carefully. Production will begin only after you approve the proof.

Additional fees may apply for logo recreation, complex artwork preparation or extensive design revisions. Any applicable fees will be disclosed in advance.

4. Production and Delivery

Once the virtual proof and order details are approved, your products will enter production. We’ll keep you informed and arrange delivery to the address confirmed in your order.

Have a firm event date? Let us know before ordering so we can confirm whether the schedule is achievable.
